Infinite IT Solutions is running an exciting new promotion for the months of April & May 2011.

Every business that signs up for our Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) services, as well as any existing clients who refer a new SEO client to us, will be entered into the draw to win one of Apple's newly released iPad 2!

The iPad 2 is already creating a buzz with it's thinner, faster and lighter design. As an entrant in this competition, you will have the chance to win iPad 2 16GB with Wi-Fi.

To be in the running to win, all you need to do is call Shane on 1300 881 594 and sign up your business (or a friend's) for our SEO services. So what are you waiting for? Get dialling!

Entries close on 31 May, with the winner to be notified on 6 June. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

Terms and conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these conditions of entry. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. The promoter is Infinite IT Solutions Pty Ltd, ABN 89 505 986 834, of Unit 41, 1 Ricketts Road, Mount Waverley, Victoria 3149.

3. The competition is open to all current and new Infinite IT Solutions clients.

4. The competition is restricted to Australia.

5. The competition commences at 12.01am (AEST) on 12 April 2011 and concludes at 11:59pm (AEST) on 31 May 2011.

6. To enter the competition you need to sign your business or a friend’s business up for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) services during the months of April & May 2011. The minimum deposit to be paid upfront is $4,400.00 (incl. GST).

7. The prize is an Apple iPad 2 16GB with Wi-Fi valued at $579.00 RRP.

8. There will be one winner who is drawn randomly from all eligible entries on Monday 6 June 2011. The promoter reserves the right to decide on the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

9. The draw will take place at Infinite IT Solutions Pty Ltd, Unit 41, 1 Ricketts Road, Mount Waverley, Victoria 3149 on the date specified above. The winner will be contacted by phone and email on Monday 6 June 2011.

10. The promoter’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged or taken as cash. The promoter is neither responsible or liable for any change in the value of the prize occurring between 6 June 2011 and the date the prize is claimed. The prize value is correct at the time of printing.

11. The prize will be available for pick up from Infinite IT Solutions Pty Ltd, Unit 41, 1 Ricketts Road, Mount Waverley, Victoria 3149, presented in person at a time to be arranged with the winner or can be sent via courier at the promoter’s expense.

12. The promoter reserves the right to announce or publish the winner’s name and/or photograph for publicity purposes without any further reference, payment, compensation or remuneration to the winner. It is a condition of entry into this promotion that the winner will consent to the promoter doing so.

13. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize offered except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Tax implications may arise from receipt or use of the prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
